Anyone who has worked in the non-profit world knows that donations are the lifeblood of the organization. Like many small non-profits, we often think that large donations are not for us, and only the "big boys" get sizeable gifts. This book helped me realize that major gifts can be given to our organization and that I need to overcome my mental roadblocks. I really like her emphasis on building relationships, and have already started to implement several of her suggestions. This book is a keeper and I highly recommend it.
